You can change your screen name from the Account settings page in your Cyclostock account. Type your desired display name in the “First Name” field. Please note that the full name will be public. Once you are finished, be sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password from the Account Settings page in your Cyclostock account. Type your current password and the desired password in the appropriate field. Once you are finished, be sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

Email Settings

How do I change my email address?

Email addresses can be updated via the Account Settings tab in your Cyclostock account. Enter the new email address in the appropriate field and click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

A verification email will be sent to your new e-mail address with instructions to complete the update.

 

How do I change my email preferences?

You can change your email preferences from the Account Settings page in your Cyclostock account.

How do I change my default shipping address?

The default shipping address is the address you last used when purchasing a product. When you buy a new product, you can enter a new shipping address and it will automatically be saved in our system.

How do I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your account, please contact Cyclostock Support.

Before submitting a Support ticket, please make sure that you have no pending transactions and that you download digital copies of all your transaction receipts. Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access this information.

How can I remove my personal information from Cyclostock?

If you would like to remove your personal information from Cyclostock, please contact Cyclostock Support. Be sure to select “My issue isn’t listed” from the dropdown menu when you create your ticket and in the comment section ask for your personal information to be erased. Be aware that this will also delete your account from Cyclostock.

Polls

I would like to purchase a product which is not displayed. What should I do?

Create a poll! Log in to your Cyclostock account and select the community in which you’d like to create a poll. Click the “Poll” tab and you’ll see a list of the active polls, as well as a link to start your own.

What justifies the closure or deletion of a Poll?

Polls can be closed for the following reasons:

  • The poll was successful! The top product gets added to the site, the poll gets linked to the page, and an email is sent out to everyone who voted. The poll’s voting section is closed, but the poll remains visible and discussion can continue.
  • The top product isn’t a possibility, but #2 and #3 are. The poll will again be linked to the active drop and an email sent out to those who voted. The poll will close down for voting, but the discussion will remain. However, even if we couldn’t get the top product this time around, that doesn’t mean we’ll stop trying. We’ll record the #1 winner of the poll and periodically check in with the vendor about running a drop. If it becomes possible, the people who voted will receive an email. If the same item continually shows up, we’ll create a Product poll for it, so that interest in the item can be measured on a running basis.
  • The poll is impossible. Sometimes a poll gets created with a list of great items, but none of them are attainable at the time. Some of the most commonly voted-on items that we can’t run include Apple products, video game consoles, and PC components. Someday it might be possible for us to offer these on Cyclostock, but for now these polls will be closed.
  • The poll is inappropriate. Some polls are created for laughs; others to offend. Because these polls won’t be a source of new products, they’re not appropriate for the site and will be deleted.
