What happens if you received the product but it is damaged or not in accordance with your purchase?

You can contact us, return your order and ask for a refund within 14 days after receiving the product. We’re happy if our customers are fully satisfied!

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it!

In order to complete the return we require a receipt of proof of purchase. Please do not send it to the manufacturer. You will have to send the product to the address that will be indicated to you. At the arrival of the product we reserve the right to certify the actual defect of the product and, if so, we will refund the amount paid by you with the addition of transport costs.
